The U.S. census shows that a majority of black people are moving from the city to the suburbs for better jobs and safer environments. Some people are concerned with the shift in blacks political power. Do you think this is true?

    no I don't think this is true. Black people are just trying to make it safer for there families to live and this will not hurt anybody.

    i agree with what my friend on top said black people only want to grow in life just like everyone else.
